Information you provide
Forms ask for pickup and destination addresses, date, time, passengers, luggage and contact details to assess your journey request. If you request child seats, the quantity and each child’s age are also requested to assess the seating arrangement; dates of birth are not requested.
Journey draft in your browser
Journey choices are kept in browser session storage for up to one hour between booking steps. Name, email and phone are excluded from this draft.
Address and map providers
Address searches are sent to IGN. Opening the map loads tiles for the selected area from OpenStreetMap, sharing technical connection data such as your IP address. The map does not load until you open it.
