What should you include in a change request?
Requesting a change
Provide your reference, travel date and requested change. New addresses, times, passengers or luggage may require a fresh vehicle and schedule check.
Requesting cancellation
Send your request as early as possible and check the written response. Sending a request does not mean cancellation is completed or a refund is approved.
Charges and refunds
Amendment charges, cancellation deadlines and any refund depend on the accepted quote and confirmation terms. This page does not promise free cancellation or a refund deadline; obtain written terms before confirming.
