How to get from Paris to Disneyland

How to get from Paris to Disneyland

Plan a Disneyland day as a return journey, not just an outbound trip. Your starting address, time at the park and children’s needs all affect the arrangements.

Compare your options

Compare public transport and private transfers by connections, pushchair handling and tiredness at the end of the day. A direct airport journey to the park or a Disney hotel differs from a departure from central Paris.

Choose the correct destination

A local hotel, a park visit and a journey straight from the airport are different requests. Use the hotel’s full name and agree on drop-off and pickup points. A nearby shopping address is not automatically the park entrance.

After a flight, review airport transport options too. Suitcases, pushchairs and tired children create different needs from a day trip starting at your accommodation.

Arrange pickup before the day ends

Agree on the return location, time and contact in advance. Crowded exits and the walk to the vehicle need to be allowed for after leaving the park.

Check the official programme and your tickets: transport does not include admission. Explain whether you plan to stay for evening entertainment and ask about changing the pickup time.

Describe children’s practical needs

Folding pushchairs, child seats and the things you carry need to fit together. Our family travel guide explains what to provide. Say whether large luggage stays at the hotel.

If visiting another park, plan Parc Astérix as a separate itinerary rather than copying pickup times simply because both journeys start in Paris.

A practical planning example

A family may carry day bags to the park, then large suitcases to the airport two days later. The passenger count is unchanged, but the load is different. Match the date, destination, bags and child seats to each journey instead of sending one general description for the entire stay.

Details to agree before requesting

Provide addresses, dates and passenger counts for both directions. Confirm child seats using the child’s age and height. Park tickets, hotel bookings and transport are separate services. Agree on the return meeting point and ask what happens if your plans change.

Your journey checklist

  • Specify the park or full hotel name.
  • Declare pushchairs and child seats.
  • Decide about evening entertainment.
  • Confirm meeting and amendment terms.
