Paris VIP transfers and business travel
A VIP transfer is more than a vehicle’s appearance. A clear itinerary, organised meeting point, suitable luggage space and an understandable service scope matter.
Compare your options
Distinguish airport-to-hotel travel, meetings and events. A business day with several stops may need hourly service instead of a single transfer. The vehicle model, layout and extras should be stated in the quote.
Assess organisation as well as the vehicle
For business travel, addresses, timing and communication matter as much as the vehicle photograph. Describe travellers, luggage and equipment requirements. “VIP” alone does not guarantee a particular interior layout.
One meeting transfer differs from a day visiting several addresses. The private chauffeur guide explains point-to-point and hourly service so you request the appropriate scope.
Separate invoicing from the traveller contact
Prepare company invoice details and name the person reachable during travel. If an assistant books, check that the passenger also receives meeting instructions. List each hotel drop-off separately.
After a Paris train, give train and exit; after an Orly flight, give flight and terminal. The meeting time does not replace your arrival time.
Agree on changes before travelling
Meetings may overrun and the final address may change. Agree on whom to contact, how extra time is assessed and how vehicle availability is confirmed. A booked day does not automatically cover unlimited new requests.
Review addresses, duration, waiting, stops and equipment before approval. Sending a form alone does not confirm payment or the service: look for an explicit status and scope confirmation.
A practical planning example
If an assistant books, check that the day-of-travel number reaches the traveller. The company may receive the invoice while meeting instructions must reach the passenger. A meeting followed by several addresses should be described as an itinerary, not merely a hotel transfer.
Details to agree before requesting
Share flights, meeting times, every address and group size. State invoice requirements and the company contact. Confirm waiting, overtime and changes. The term VIP does not automatically include tickets, guiding or unlimited service.
Your journey checklist
- Specify the vehicle requirement and route.
- Separate company and traveller contacts.
- Share appointments and each address.
- Check changes, price and confirmation status.
