A flight board describes the airline’s plan; the accepted quote and written confirmation set the conditions for your transfer. Do not assume automatic flight monitoring or free, unlimited waiting.
Send a clear flight update
Use the contact channel confirmed for the booking and send the reference, flight number, arrival date and new estimated time. Separate landing from meeting

Finish with a written revised plan
The written response should make the new pickup date, meeting point, contact channel, vehicle availability and any revised amount clear. If no reply arrives, follow up through the confirmed contact rather than treating the old plan as updated. Before accepting a second service, clarify the status of the existing booking too.
